**NOTE** - Please advise new owners that The Estates are governed by restrictive covenants. Any exterior change to a home must be approved by the architectural review committee before any work may be initiated. This includes but is not limited to tree removal, color changes and additions.
The Estates annual dues are $600 and must be received no later than February 28. The fiscal year runs January 1 to December 31. An initiation fee of $250 is required by new owners. Part of the fee will offset the cost of providing homeowners new documents and keys. Any keys in the possession of the old homeowners should be destroyed or returned to the Association. New owners will be required to get keys from the association. A welcome package will be delivered once the new owners have arrived.
