Mailboxes. All mailboxes and mailbox posts shall be of the same type and color as that originally installed by the Declarant.

If you need to replace your mailbox post, please contact The Estates Board.  We have painted Cedar mailbox posts available for $475.00.  Note: This is a pass-through cost, the Estates HOA makes no profit on selling the posts to our residents.  We simply purchase them for $475 from the supplier (Southern Post & Box - Snellville, GA) and stock a few in our clubhouse as a convenience for our neighbors.
